About Warren

Warren has dedicated his legal career to defending healthcare professionals in legal and disciplinary proceedings.

​

Prior to joining the Firm, Warren spent over a decade representing hospitals and a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including doctors, dentists, physiotherapists, and traditional Chinese medical practitioners. His extensive experience encompasses civil medical negligence claims, disciplinary inquiries, Coroner’s inquests, and criminal proceedings, etc.

Coming from a family of doctors himself, Warren grew up with an innate understanding of the stresses faced by a healthcare professional.  This perspective fuels his empathetic “client-first” philosophy, driving him to provide thoughtful and nuanced guidance on complex legal and ethical issues in the context of a clinical practice. His goal is to provide a robust legal shield for his clients, ensuring they can remain focused on their primary mission of patient care.

Warren has a proven track record of handling sensitive, high-profile cases that require not only legal precision but also careful reputational management. He is adept at balancing the technical requirements of the law with the personal and professional stakes inherent in medico-legal defence.
